		<description>I wouldn&#039;t advise using cotton swabs or any other foreign, random material. Some people use that method, but I wouldn&#039;t advise doing that for long, since the material wasn&#039;t meant for body jewellery. I have 16mm lobes myself, and I&#039;ve only used acrylic and stainless steel jewellery, not to mention that I stretched slowly so I don&#039;t have any cat-butt ears, blowouts, or thin lobes.</description>
