Tunnels in the Ears
Changing time, changing and interests of adolescents. Now popularly expand earlobe to education in her so-called “tunnel”. People who have made themselves a kind of piercing claim that the hole in the ear overgrown, but really it all depends on its diameter. If it is up to 1 cm, the tunnel may be lost, and if more, then the scar will remain certain.

The procedure itself is carried out by the expander, then the tunnel is inserted into an earring. In the event that earring off, the hole will remain.
Home precaution – it does not do anything myself. When piercing the ear lobe does not require anesthesia, but still best to go to a good salon. Whole procedure should take place in a sterile environment, you need to handle the earring and the earlobe antiseptics. After puncture should seal the ear plaster and wait for 2 hours. After the house to handle the piercing special preparations that you will receive in the salon.

If you do decide to tunnel their own doing, I advise you to follow simple rules. The best way to stretch the hole slowly, thus it will be much smoother. You can insert cotton swabs or anything that suits you in diameter. Do not overdo it with the size, many people like the holes to 2-2,5 cm, and do not forget that after the tunnel in the ear no longer insert the usual earrings, cloves.
Can get rid of the tunnel? The question is very controversial, but I will give an example of one man. He had a puncture on each ear of 12 mm each. One was 2 weeks and another six months. Two-week overgrown, but on the second hole was left where a 3-4 mm.

So your right to decide to follow fashion trends, but then suffer or be “normal” and healthy.

I wouldn’t advise using cotton swabs or any other foreign, random material. Some people use that method, but I wouldn’t advise doing that for long, since the material wasn’t meant for body jewellery. I have 16mm lobes myself, and I’ve only used acrylic and stainless steel jewellery, not to mention that I stretched slowly so I don’t have any cat-butt ears, blowouts, or thin lobes.

I agree with Alice, you have to be careful when stretching your lobe.
